We are happy to announce that we are now working with the Women's Foundation of Southern Arizona. The foundation's mission to: "collaborate to achieve social, political and economic change that empowers women and girls" goes hand in hand with the SEG team values. A community-wide action plan, with over 200 individuals from dozens of public and private organizations working together, to address priority healthy issues identified in the 2012 Maricopa County Community Health Assessment: obesity, diabetes, cardiovascular disease, lung cancer, and access to care.
